If you purchase something from us as a private individual, you have the right to change your mind and reverse the purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day and ends 14 days thereafter on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received the last item of your order.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
The withdrawal period is considered met if you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the period expires.
What this means
You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason.
The period begins as soon as you (or a person designated by you who is not the carrier) have received the last item.
Simply inform us of your withdrawal in writing (letter or email), you can find our contact details below in the form. You can use our form, but you don't have to.
What's important is that your notice reaches us within the 14 days or is at least sent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, all payments you have made. This also includes delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs arising from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs for this refund.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods, whichever occurs first.
Please send the goods back to us immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of this fourteen-day period.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
What this means
If you withdraw from your order, you will receive your money back, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same way you paid, and costs you nothing extra.
You will get your money back as soon as we have received the goods or you show us proof of shipment.
Send the goods back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. What's important is that they are sent within this period.
You only have to pay for diminished value if you used the goods more than was necessary for simple testing.
Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured individually according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer and are not prefabricated.
What this means
You have no right of withdrawal if you order products that are specially made for you or adapted to your personal wishes.
Notes on Returning Goods
Please ideally send the goods back to us in the original packaging and outer carton with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer carton is no longer available, please use other suitable packaging to adequately protect the goods from transport damage and avoid possible damage claims due to inadequate packaging.

It's best if you send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is missing, please use a safe alternative so that nothing gets damaged during transport.
